The villa offers quiet seclusion, yet it is just 10 minutes drive from the beaches and golf courses. A wide choice of shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby market town of Loule, 5 minutes drive away. Market day is Saturday and worth a visit. The villa is comfortable, and tastefully furnished throughout. The accommodation consists of a comfortable and elegantly furnished lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi and CD player. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully fitted. It is well equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. The barbecue is in the patio located outside the kitchen, which also has direct access to the garden and pool areas. There is also an outside shower room. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. The main house features, on the ground floor one double and one twin–bedded rooms, a large bathroom with shower and on the first floor, a large double-bedded room with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool area and with stunning views of the countryside and coast. Terrace tables and chairs with seating for six make this the perfect setting for outdoor eating. The linen and a maid service twice a week is included in the price. Towels are changed mid week stay and all the linen at the end of a week stay. The booking is made from 2 pm on the date of arrival until 10 am on the date of departure.
