The Portofino Apartaments are a new complex built to a high standard and with luxury furnishings. The complex has an excellent location in a residential area to the west of the Marina,. It is situated at approximately 1000 metres from the Marina, a 10-minute gentle walk and 1.200 metres from the Falésia beach also a 10-minute leisurely walk. There are 10 one bedroom apartments and 3 two bedroom apartments for holiday rental. The one bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and comprises of entrance hall, full bathroom with bidet and hydro massage bath also with shower, a double bedroom, it has a built-in wardrobe and French window opening onto the terrace; the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine and dishwasher; the lounge / dining room which seats 4 people has two sofa beds (sleeps 1 person each) TV and a French window that opens onto the westerly facing terrace with BBQ. The apartments are air conditioning. The complex has landscaped garden, a large communal swimming pool with a waterfall and a children’s paddling pool. A £150 refundable breakage deposit is required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you vacate the accommodation, provided it is in good order. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage any item of the property or additional cleaning is necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
