The Portofino Apartaments are a new complex built to a high standard and with luxury furnishings. The complex has an excellent location in a residential area to the west of the Marina,. It is situated at approximately 900 metres from the Marina, a 10-minute gentle walk and 1.200 metres from the Falésia beach also a 10-minute leisurely walk. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comprises of entrance hall, full shower room, a twin bedroom whose beds can be put together to make it a double bed, it has a built-in wardrobe and French window opening onto a balcony; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, has an hydro massage bath also with shower,the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine and dishwasher; the lounge / dining room which seats 6 people has a double sofa bed, TV and a French window that opens onto the west facing terrace. The apartments are air conditioning. The complex has landscaped garden, a large communal swimming pool with a waterfall and a Jacuzzi and a children’s paddling pool. The linen and twice a week maid service is included. We change the towels mid week stay and all the linen at the end of the week stay. A £150 refundable breakage deposit is required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you vacate the accommodation, provided it is in good order. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage any item of the property or additional cleaning is necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
