A modern, contemporary two bedroom apartment, comprising of entrance hall, shower room, triple bedroom with patio door opening onto the terrace; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bidet and hydro massage bath also with shower, built-in wardrobe and French window opening onto a balcony; fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher; the lounge / dining room which seats 6 people has a sofa bed, TV and a patio doors that open onto the easternly facing terrace with garden furniture and built-in BBQ. The complex has landscaped garden, a large communal swimming pool with a waterfall and a Jacuzzi and a children’s paddling pool. The linen and twice a week maid service is included. We change the towels mid week stay and all the linen at the end of the week stay. A £150 refundable breakage deposit is required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you vacate the accommodation, provided it is in good order. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage any item of the property or additional cleaning is necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
