Two bedroom apartment located near the centre, within easy reach of all amenities, is ideal for a family holiday. The apartment comprises of a well equipped kitchen with access onto the westerly facing terrace; Lounge / dining room with TV, 2 sofa beds and French doors opening onto the terrace; shower room, bathroom, a double and a twin bedrooms with patio doors opening on to the easterly facing balconies. The marina is within five minutes walking distance and the nearest shops are only a couple of minutes away. The linen and twice a week maid service is included. We change the towels mid week stay and all the linen at the end of the week stay. We will be please to arrange transfers from and to the airport or deal with car hire arrangements, please enquire at the time of booking. Beach towels not provided but can be hired. We will be pleased to arrange a welcome food parcel, please enquire at the time of booking. A £150 refundable breakage deposit is required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you vacate the accommodation, provided it is in good order. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage any item of the property or additional cleaning is necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
